ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (“ZELL”) was founded by Alan Zell in 1977 and has been providing professional property management, leasing, brokerage and consulting services on a third party basis to the owners of open air shopping centers in Arizona and representing retailers for their site selections throughout the state for over 30 years. “We have always operated with the philosophy of focusing on what is best for the property; if the property is successful, our clients and their tenants are likely to be successful as well”. ZELL currently provides property management and leasing services on retail centers totaling in excess of 4,000,000 square feet.

The ZELL Leasing Team is comprised of two retail leasing specialists; Bryan Ledbetter, CCIM, CCLS and Donna Reece.

Bryan Ledbetter, CCIM, CCLS is the Director of Marketing and Leasing and primarily represents shopping centers in the east valley. Bryan, a graduate of Arizona State University Real Estate Program, has been with ZELL since 1998 and before that he worked as a property manager (managing in excess of 400,000 SF of mixed office, retail and industrial properties) and as a Commercial Asset Manager (responsible for a portfolio valued in excess of $100,000,000).

Donna Reece, Retail Marketing Specialist, primarily represents shopping centers in the west valley. Donna has been with ZELL since 1992 and prior to that, she was involved in the sale of residential and commercial real estate in addition to retail and office leasing, property management and evaluation of sites for acquisition. Donna has held an Arizona Real Estate License and worked in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area since 1977.
