Vicky Parra, who has been with ZELL for over 20 years, is Senior Property Manager responsible for the fee management of a commercial real estate portfolio consisting of primarily of retail centers and one light industrial property. For over 25 years, Vicky has handled negotiation and documentation of lease renewals, expansions and tenant relocations; lease administration and enforcement; maintenance and construction overseeing and coordination; rent collection; financial reporting and budget preparation. Vicky has overseen two complete facelifts/renovations of Fry’s Food anchored centers while all businesses continued to operate. In addition to retail projects, Vicky has managed office and industrial properties. Vicky holds a Salesperson’s license from the State of Arizona. She is an Associate Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and received an RPA designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Eliot Stedman, CPM®

Eliot Stedman has more than 25 years of diversified property management experience. Some of his responsibilities include the preparation of operating and capital budgets, monitoring monthly financial statements, coordinating lease renewals, expansion, assignments and relocations, while actively enhancing tenant relations and emphasizing tenant retention, negotiating property service agreements, administrating lease and common area expenses, and generally supervising day-to-day management operations. Prior to re-joining ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., Eliot worked as a property manager for both Kimco/Realty Corporation and Insignia/ESG, Inc. Eliot enjoys relationships and working with both institutional and private property owners. Eliot received his Bachelor’s Degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and his Master’s Degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Eliot holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license and received his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 1995 from IREM.

Germaine Brown

Germaine has more than 25 years of experience in the shopping center and commercial real estate industry.  She has worked for privately held owner operators as well as larger REITs including Simon Property Group and The Howard Hughes Corporation.  Her diverse background includes the management of enclosed and open-air shopping centers, high-rise office buildings and industrial assets.  Germaine oversaw the management and successful opening of several development projects including CityScape, a 1.2 million s.f. mixed-use property in the heart of downtown Phoenix.  She manages each asset from an owner’s perspective, maintaining high standards and working to maximize the value of every property.  She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds an Arizona real estate license.

Angie Maddox

Angie Maddox has over 10 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry with emphasis on Retail Property Management.  Having managed properties while on the staff of owner operators, Angie manages from an Owner’s perspective. A great communicator, Angie strives to keep everyone fully informed as to the events at her properties and always strives to provide solutions to the various issues which arise. Prior to joining ZELL, Angie managed diverse types of commercial properties, from distressed assets in Receivership to thriving power centers. Angie has successfully built relationships with the real estate representative and store personnel for many major retailers, representing another example of her strong communication skills.

Kari Barker

Kari Barker started her commercial real estate management career in 2005, and she has managed shopping centers, Class A office properties and industrial projects. Kari has worked as the In-House property manager for owners of properties as well as providing third party management. These varied experiences enables her to approach an asset as a whole, with a clear understanding that value is created through each aspect of the operation, whether that is on lease renewals, leasehold improvements, construction, on-going and preventative maintenance, tenant relations and lease administration. Her experience allows her to keep the wants and needs of both tenants and property owners balanced. Kari attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona and holds an Arizona Real Estate License.
